HANGry Bếp was born from Mum Hằng's love for cooking. "Hằng" is our Mum, and "Bếp" means kitchen — so this really is Mum Hằng's kitchen. We're not trying to reinvent Vietnamese food, just serve it the way she's always made it: familiar, generous and full of flavour.
